Thomas Larichelière-Banken

Thomas Larichelière-Banken (2001) started to play cello at the age of 5 and is now at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the studio of Mick Stirling. Thomas has received coachings from numerous cellists such as Xenia Jankovic, Rudolph Leopold, Hans Jørgen Jensen, Lynn Harrell, Michel Strauss and Lluis Claret. Thomas is playing on a Benjamin Banks cello from 1785 and a W.E. Hill & Sons bow, generously loaned by the Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds. Thomas wants to thank the Foundation Jeunesses Musicales Canada for their financial support.
